Getting Started with MIPACE
New to MIPACE? Here’s the quickest path from unboxing your device to it being ready to use.
Setting Up Your Profile
Once you’re logged in, go to My Profile to start building your information.
Choosing What’s Public
Nothing on your MIPACE profile is visible to anyone by default. Every section , Identity, Communication, Assistance, Medical, Emergency, Neurodiversity/Cognitive, Safety, Other , has its own visibility switch, and every one starts switched off.
Priority Keywords Explained
Priority keywords are short flags , up to eight of them , that appear right underneath your name at the very top of your public profile, above every section.
Multiple Devices, One Profile
There’s no limit on how many MIPACE devices you can link to a single profile. Many people choose more than one , a wristband for everyday wear, a card for a wallet, a sticker for a bike or piece of equipment.
Who Can See My Profile?
Nobody sees anything by default Every section of your profile starts private. A section only becomes visible to a finder once you’ve deliberately switched it on , see Choosing What’s Public. Deleting a Profile
Additional profiles you’ve created (for example, a child’s profile) can be deleted from your account page.
