The sections
Your profile is split into eight sections: Identity, Communication, Assistance, Medical, Emergency, Neurodiversity/Cognitive, Safety, and Other. Fill in whichever apply to you , every field in every section is optional, and there’s no requirement to complete a section fully before moving to the next.
Add a photo
You can add a profile photo (JPG, PNG, or WEBP, under 5MB) , this appears at the top of your public profile alongside your name.
Save as you go
Your changes are saved when you submit the profile form. You can come back and edit any section at any time , nothing is locked in.

Filling in a section does not make it public. Visibility is a separate, deliberate step , see the next article.
