Deleting Your Account

Want your MIPACE account and information permanently removed, rather than deactivated? This is handled as a request to support rather than a self-service button, so we can confirm it's really you and talk through what it means first.

The difference from deactivating

Deactivating your account is instant, self-service, and reversible , your information is kept and your profile can be switched back on later. Deleting is permanent removal of your information and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

Contact support and ask for your account to be deleted.. Use the published support and privacy information for the current request process.

What happens to your devices

Once your account is deleted, any devices linked to it will no longer show any information when tapped, since there’s no profile left for them to point to.

Your right to erasure

Under UK data protection law, you have a right to request that your personal data be deleted in most circumstances. See the Privacy Policy for the circumstances and any applicable retention requirements.
