What happens immediately
Deactivating immediately hides your public profile on every device you own , all at once, with no need to deal with each device individually. Anyone tapping any of your devices will no longer see your information from that moment.
What happens to your information
Your information is kept, not deleted. Deactivating is reversible , contact support to reactivate your account and restore your profile exactly as it was.
When you might use this
Temporarily, if you’re between devices, want a break from a device being active, or need to pause everything at once without deleting anything.
This is different from deleting
