Why this exists
If you’re managing profiles for more than one person , say, yourself and two children , you likely want the same emergency contact (often you, or a partner) reachable from every profile, without re-entering their details each time.
Setting them up
Go to your account settings and fill in up to four contacts, each with a name and phone number. These are managed separately from the contacts on any individual profile.
Using them
When setting an immediate emergency contact on any profile you manage, you can choose to pull from either that profile’s own contacts or your shared account-level contacts.
