How Your MIPACE Account Is Created

Your purchase starts the account

The only way to obtain a personal MIPACE account is by buying a MIPACE device. There is no separate public sign-up process for an empty account.

What the order creates

When you buy a card, sticker, wristband or another MIPACE product, the order creates:

your MIPACE account;
a separate device record for every item purchased; and
a unique device URL used to prepare each physical item.

If you buy more than one product, each product appears as its own device in your account.

What MIPACE does before dispatch

During fulfilment, MIPACE takes the device URL created for the order and programs it to the physical item. The item is then posted already assigned to your account. Its status remains Pending activation.

What you do when it arrives

Sign in to My MIPACE, open Devices, find the pending device and select Activate. After activation, the device becomes manageable from your normal device list.

You do not need to link the delivered item manually.

The physical item and its account record have already been matched before dispatch.
