The problem
Construction and commercial sites deal with high staff turnover, contractors, and shift patterns, and a worker’s relevant medical or emergency information isn’t always where it needs to be when something happens.
How MIPACE Organisation helps
The organisation provisions devices centrally and assigns them to a person record per worker or contractor. Each individual connects the device to their own MIPACE profile and controls exactly what’s shown , meaning the same device works across sites and contracts without the employer holding sensitive personal data itself.
How it’s structured
A site or depot signs up as a location, with groups mapping to a team, shift, or work crew , each with a manager who can see who’s assigned to them without wider organisational access.
Suitable products
Wristbands, helmet stickers, and equipment stickers, provisioned in bulk and assigned as workers join.
Benefits
- Devices move with the workforce, including contractors between sites
- No central store of sensitive worker medical data for the organisation to secure
- Full audit trail of every device assignment and release
- Fast reassignment when a worker leaves or a contract ends
Limitations
MIPACE Organisation does not replace RAMS, PPE requirements, site inductions, occupational health records, or any legally required site process. It supplements standard site safety procedures , it isn’t a substitute for any of them.
