Accessibility Statement
Our approach to making MIPACE usable by as many people as possible.
Our commitment
MIPACE is intended to make important information easier to access. We aim to make the website and platform perceivable, operable, understandable and robust, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our working accessibility standard.
What we are doing
- Using meaningful headings, labels and link text.
- Supporting keyboard use and visible focus states.
- Maintaining readable colour contrast and responsive layouts.
- Adding text alternatives to meaningful images.
- Using clear language, validation and error messages.
- Testing key journeys across common browsers, screen sizes and assistive technologies.
Known limitations
We continue to test and improve MIPACE. Some older content, third-party checkout components, embedded media or user-added profile content may not yet meet every accessibility requirement. Third-party tools can also change independently of MIPACE.
Get help or request an alternative
If something prevents you using MIPACE, tell us the page, feature and assistance you need. We will investigate and, where possible, provide the information in a suitable alternative format. Contact support@mipace.co.uk.
Escalating a concern
We welcome the opportunity to resolve a problem. If you remain dissatisfied, the Equality Advisory and Support Service provides advice about equality and human-rights issues.
