Your profile is organised into eight sections. Each one is optional and has its own on/off switch; nothing is public until you choose to make it public.
Full name, preferred name, date of birth, pronouns. The basics that help someone address you correctly and confirm who they’re looking at.
How you communicate, communication difficulties, speech and language information, things people should know when talking with you, things to avoid, how you understand information, how you express yourself, and any other communication instructions.
What assistance you may require, mobility information, sensory considerations, accessibility requirements, your assistance preferences, things that may cause you distress, and how someone should approach or assist you.
Relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication information, medical devices you use, significant medical history, important medical considerations, blood type, and other clinically relevant information.
Emergency instructions and critical information, alongside your list of emergency contacts (see below) and, if you choose, an immediate emergency contact button.
Neurodivergence information, cognitive considerations, processing information, sensory information, communication requirements, behavioural considerations, and support requirements.
Important safety information, triggers, risks, environmental considerations, and instructions for anyone assisting you.
Create a MIPACE LD&R Communication Passport using information from your profile. You can choose up to five key needs to include, helping professionals quickly understand how best to communicate with and support you.
Anything that matters to you and doesn’t fit neatly elsewhere.
Separately from the sections, you can set up to eight short keywords that stay visible right underneath your name, the first thing anyone sees. Use these for the one or two facts that matter most: an allergy, a condition, an instruction.
Add as many emergency contacts as you need, each with a name, relationship, phone number, and optional second number and email. Order them by priority, and mark any you don’t currently want shown as inactive without losing the details.
Alongside contacts on an individual profile, your account can hold up to four shared emergency contacts that any profile you manage can draw on, useful if the same person should be reachable from more than one profile.
Visibility is set section by section, not field by field, so you might, for example, make your Emergency section public while keeping Medical private, or the other way round. Add, edit, or remove information at any time; changes apply to every device linked to your profile immediately.
